Dr. Nancy Musarra

Dr. Nancy Musarra, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and published author with over 20 years of clinical experience. In her private practice, she facilitates psychological and competency assessments for municipal courts and educational consultations regarding developmental disabilities, neurological and mental health challenges.

As part of her work, she facilitates First Responder Training Workshops for law enforcement, fire, and EMS titled: Dealing with Autism and Neuro-Developmental Challenges in Public Safety.

Dr. Musarra has other workshops related to mental health and disability including one based on the book she authored with her daughter Giana titled, “The New Normal; 7 Things to Know as You Care for and Love a Child with Special Needs.” Dr. Musarra has presented workshops throughout the United States and Europe.

Dr. Musarra is also the President of the KCNA2 Epilepsy Global Support Community. The first mission of this organization is to promote education and awareness of this rare form of epilepsy so that research and effective treatments become available around the world. The second mission is to help families network with and support each other.
